We do not bill insurance, however, if you have Humana, Cigna, Aetna, or UHC, you can be reimbursed by the insurance companies for your trips by submitting your receipts.

Base Rate: $45.00
Before 8:00 am and After 5:00 pm: $65.00
Wheelchair Rate
Weekend Rate
Additional Rates
Base Rate: $85.00
Before 8:00 am and After 5:00 pm: $110.00
*Unfortunately, our van is unable to accommodate bariatric wheelchairs.
Base Rate: $125.00
Average Mileage is $2.50/mile.
Wait time at your appointment is $20.00/hour.
Additional fees for holidays.
